You alone are the Lord.
You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars.
You made the earth and the seas and everything in them.
You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome Back

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We had relatives from California spending Thanksgiving with us this year for the first time in many years. So it was a good time.

Guess everyone was too busy celebrating to share last week. We only had twelve links. I think that is the least number since we started this blog over 10 years ago. I realize that the next few weeks are also going to be busy times for everyone. Thank you to those who took time to share.

When this posts Thanksgiving will be over but probably, like our family, you will be eating leftovers for a few days yet. I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I know everyone will be busy this weekend and actually until after the New Year. But I hope many will take the opportunity to link here and share often.

Everyone is invited to participate. If you are new here and need more information, just click on Linking Info under the header picture.

Welcome Back

Another week has gone by. Lots has happened. We had a contentious election and 13 people were shot just to name a couple of things. I think the rest of this year is not going to be boring. But to tell the truth, I could use a little "boring" right now. Good things happen and bad things happen. It's called life. The older I get the more I look forward to the new heaven and new earth that has been promised the believer. I'm pretty tired of all the bad things that are going on now in our world. One of the good things is providing this place each week where wonderful people can link and share their inspiring posts. So, let's get on with the linking.

November is here. Only two more months left this year. It has really gone by fast but a lot has happened in the last 10 months. I'm wondering what the next two months and the new year holds for us. I'm glad it is in God's hands. He knows exactly what will happen. It may not all be good, but it is reassuring to know that no matter what comes our way, the Bible says that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord.

I'm always a little glad when Halloween is over. Not a big fan of that holiday in the past few years. Maybe I'm just getting old. I do look forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our family has two more birthdays to celebrate in November as well.

Now, let's get the linking started. Thank you all who participate.
