You alone are the Lord.
You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars.
You made the earth and the seas and everything in them.
You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

The year is a little more than half over now. I don't know why I'm surprised. I knew it would be that way. (Smile) This is a very special weekend for us here in America. Though some would seek to ban the American flag, most people are still patriotic. I don't know how long that will last because it seems like everything is just going "topsy turvy" these days. But for right now, it is still legal to fly our beloved flag. To all of you who live in this country, I wish you a safe and happy 4th of July.

I had thought about sharing some scripture in favor of marriage being between one man and one woman since that was all the topic of conversation for the past week. If I thought it would change any minds, I would do that. However, I realize that honest people differ with me on the subject. I do reject the idea though that there is no right or wrong but only what each individual decides what is right or wrong for them. I do believe there are absolutes.

Thank you for being faithful to share each week. Now it's time to start linking again.

  1. I am concerned, too, Charlotte. I wrote about this issues in my posts this week. Never give up hope, and never give up praying. G-d bless you for all you do here on your blog. Your light is shining bright.

  2. Bless you, Charlotte. Yes, been a week of grieving for my heart and this nation. But, God's will prevails in all things. Standing. Posting about our government foundations--the most amazing human government system in world history founded on biblical principles--no matter how many contemporaries try to rewrite. Primary sources are like the memorial stones of Israel. Holding fast.

  3. You are so right, there are absolutes. Gods word is absolute and remains or guide now and forever. Thanks for hosting. Blessings
