You alone are the Lord.
You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars.
You made the earth and the seas and everything in them.
You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome back to Spiritual Sundays. You continue to encourage me by the nice comments you make. I got an e-mail from one person who has shared with us almost from the beginning. She said she noticed that many of the people who used to share no longer do and there are a lot of new blogs participating. I was thinking about that observation and the first thing that came to my mind was that it is a lot like church. When we go back to a church we were with for many years there are just a few people that we recognize but we are so happy to see them again. There are always a few unless you stay away too long. But things can change so much in just 10 years or less. I think that is just the way life is. I'm thankful for all those who have shared in the past, those who still share and all the new people who have found us more recently. All of you bless my life.

  1. Dear Charlotte, I am thankful for all the people who link and old and for those I met who aren't active here. I am always amazed how just one post touched it was just what I needed to read. How God works in all our lives. Thank you, Charlotte for providing this space for us...XO

  2. Hi Charlotte, I'm joining up this week with a joint post for InSPIREd Sunday, too. I hope to be able to visit many of the entries! Have a wonderful weekend!

  3. Linking up with you for the first time today. Thank you for your faithfulness to this ministry of hospitality.

  4. Been visiting your site for the past few weeks and I must say one reason I enjoy it is there are not a zillion rules to be able to post our work. Also, it is refreshing to read posts that will make us think and challenge us in our day to day lives. Thank you Charlotte for being a Christian example.

  5. Charlotte nice to meet you. I'm new here, linking up for the first time today. Thanks for sharing and hosting. Come up to my blog and join Words of Comfort Link Up every Saturday. Have a blessed weekend.

  6. It's easy for me to assume or "write the story in my head" that someone not coming back to my linkup is bothered by something I did or didn't do, Charlotte. But it's Satan's lie--tempting me to feel insecure. I like that you are viewing this as just the way life is. People come and go and we should be grateful for the time we get to be with them. Thanks for your linkup, my friend!

  7. It is always sad when people leave church, or a blog, but God brings others to fill the void, and He has designated new places of ministry for those who leave. May God bless you for your faithfulness in continuing to host this God-honoring community.
    Love in Christ,

  8. Hi Charlotte, I am happy to be here. I wish everyone would comment though and I wish more people visited everyone who participates. I am very committed to trying to visit everyone everywhere I post even if it takes me all week long. So much going on in the world, I want to share my love for the Lord. It is just simple. I hope you have a great week.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it.
