You alone are the Lord.
You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars.
You made the earth and the seas and everything in them.
You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome back to Spiritual Sundays. I hope everyone had a good week. Hopefully you didn't have as many ups and downs as the stock market and financial institutions have had this week. I think this is a good reminder that we can't always depend on anything or anybody in this world. Isn't it wonderful to know that our Father in Heaven is dependable and even when things in this world come crashing down, he is there and he is still loving and caring for us.

I discovered a new blog yesterday. I had a comment on one of my blogs from a blogger called Power Up Love. It is a blog for people to go to and tell what God has done in their lives. I read a couple of the ones that were posted there and was thrilled to hear how God had worked out situations that seemed hopeless. It is very inspiring. You can click here if you want to check it out.

  1. I love finding new blogs to follow. And guess what? your one of them. Hope you have a blessed weekend. Please stop by and say hello as well.

  2. Thanks for Spiritual Sundays, may it encourage all to believe in our "Most High God".

    Blessings, Karen

  3. I can't wait to check out the blog. Thank you for telling us about it. Thank God that we have a hope and with the God we trust in - nothing is impossible.

  4. Thanks Charlotte and Ginger! I received the same Power Up Love comment. You're right~very inspiring stories and you can submit yours also! I pray that everyone is enjoying their weekend and will have a blessed week!
Enjoy Spiritual Sunday & bless someone this week with an encouraging word! See you all after church tomorrow! I need to get some rest now!

  6. Thanks so much for this site. I look forward every Sunday to joining in and it helps give my heart a boost about goint to worship today.

    God bless you.

  7. You are so right in that God is the only One we can depend on in this world. Our country is in big trouble, and I just hope everyone prays and prays hard that the man best for the good of our country will be elected President.

  8. Dear Spiritual Sunday bloggers, Charlotte & Ginger,
