You alone are the Lord.
You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars.
You made the earth and the seas and everything in them.
You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Sunshine

Last week there was sunshine in my soul in spite of the cold rainy weather. Today there is still sunshine in my soul but there is also plenty of sunshine all over the place. The sun doesn't take a vacation for very long in the desert. Hubby told me they are predicting 80 degrees next week. Now I'm not quite ready for that much sunshine, but he loves it.

You people who share here each week put sunshine in my soul. I appreciate so much the comments that you make about how much you enjoy Spiritual Sundays. It's a little ironic that the person who inspired me the most to start the blog was a blogger from Belgium. She had commented in one of her blog posts that not many people there go to church anymore. The sad part was she didn't seem to think it was a problem. I thought maybe she would be inspired by reading posts shared here. I'm not sure she ever read any of them but there have been people all over the world who have come here and been blessed by what you people share. Thank you for your faithfulness.

  2. Charlotte, I don't really know what inspired me to begin blogging. Maybe God whispered to me at just the right time! Thank you for sharing your story.

    1. My hubby got me started blogging. He started about a year before I did. At one time I had 5 blogs going. Now the only one I keep uo to date on is this one. I guess because it's the most important one.
