You alone are the Lord.
You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars.
You made the earth and the seas and everything in them.
You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome

Thank you for the nice comments you made last week. Yes, those ten years passed quickly. Now we are into August. School has already started in some places. Christmas can't be far off. If I could I would slow the time down at least a little bit.

Hot weather is definitely here. I am so very thankful for air conditioners. We are waiting for workers to get here to install new air conditioners. They are sure expensive, but worth every penny. It's only supposed to get up to 110 today.

So, let the linking begin. Everyone is invited to participate.

  1. Nooooo....I am still enjoying summer! I can't think about back to school and Christmas already! 110 degrees definitely calls for air conditioning. Hope the workers got yours installed and you are cool right now. :)

  2. Charlotte, I am grateful for air condition too. It usually doesn't get over 100 where I live, so I can't even image 110 degree temps... Oh boy - thanks for the link up opportunity.

  3. Even here in Maine it's warmer than we are used to, so it's helpful to hear about your temps to give me some perspective!

  4. I'm not made for that temperature. I'd definitely melt!

  5. Hubby and I caved a few years ago when first time ever in our area of Ohio we had experienced temps near 100. We'd usually only had mid 90's at the most or maybe we're just older and more thin skinned. I hated giving up open windows, but actually, I like the air for Summertime cooking, etc. Thank you for hosting and have a wonderful week and the great reminder scripture of who we owe this wonderful planet to and all its lovliness.
