You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

NO MORE NIGHT

Glen Campbell's fans are so sad right now that he is no longer with us in this world. But for Glen, there is no more Alzheimer's and no more night. What wonderful news that is for him and I hope everyone who reads this and listens to this song can say the same. Thank you, Glen for recording this song. I had never heard it before. This is inspirational for sure.

I just noticed this was recorded in 1989. That was a pivotal year in our lives. We made major changes that year and moved to Arizona. What a blessing that has been for our family.

Now it's time to link. Thank you again for sharing with us each week.

  3. Thank you for sharing this wonderful song. My friend and Bible teacher recently died of alzheimers and Glen Campbell was his favorite singer.

  4. I too had never heard this. Love the concept of no more nights and living in the Light of Jesus' love.

  5. It was sad to hear of Glen Campbell's passing but what a treat to hear this song and to know that he is with the Lord. I don't think I ever heard that he was once an alcoholic but in a way that makes me like him even more. I'm sure his testimony helped many and will continue to do so in the future. Blessings to you Charlotte, and thank you.

  6. As a kid growing up, I so enjoyed his TV show and music. His songs were some of my first, and favorite, music pieces that I learned to play. Thank you for your faithfulness each week, Charlotte!
