You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome Back

Hard to believe school has already started in some areas. Way back in my day school always started right after Labor Day. Why do people keep changing things? LOL Seriously, there are good things about school starting. People kind of get back into the routines and there is much to look forward to as the fall approaches. On the other hand it is rather sad that the more carefree days of summer are winding down. Time marches on.

And now it's time to begin linking again. I was pleased to hear your comments about the picture and song featured in last week's post.

If you are new to Spiritual Sundays and want more information on linking, just click on Linking Info under the header picture for instructions. Everyone is welcome.

  1. In these bean-picking, raspberry jam making days, I'm deep into summer and not thinking about fall (although I did order curriculum for homeschool, so I guess I'm not in total denial). :-)

  2. I do find it a little sad that summer isn't what it used to be for kids today. Summers are short and so many schools keep their sports programs going to prepare for the next year. I know that's good in some ways, but it can make it hard for families to take vacations and for kids to just hang out. Like you said, things change! Thanks for hosting, Charlotte.

  3. Where did the long hot days of Summer go already? Since it is my favorite Season it makes me sad. Oh well, still a couple months of hot weather here in the South.
    Thank you sweet Charlotte.
