You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Kneel At the Cross

When I saw this picture I immediately thought of a song we sang in church many many years ago. Kneel at the Cross was the name of the song. I doubt seriously I will ever sing it again in a church service, but I can sing it at home. It's a good song. Just curious if anyone else knew the song or remembered it.

August is just around the corner. How the time does fly. And now it is time to start linking again. Thank you for your faithfulness in sharing here each week.

  1. Hi Charlotte, I do remember this chorus: Kneel at the cross, leave every care...Jesus will meet you there. Have a blessed weekend and thank you for hosting.

  2. Sounds like a good song. We need help sometimes in keeping our eyes fixed on the cross.

  4. What a beautiful photo. I vaguely remember hearing that hymn as a child. I've been thinking, I need to download some of those old hymns, many of them are so rich. Thanks for hosting, Charlotte. Have a great week.

  7. I know I probably have heard it, but don't remember. I'll have to google it now with my curiosity to see if we did sing it. :)
