You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

UPDATE ON SIDEBAR LINKS TO THIS BLOG

The links have been changed for the little widget pictures available to be put on your sidebars that link to Spiritual Sundays. If you have one of these on your blog you will notice that the picture has been replaced by a notice from Photobucket. I have gotten new codes that no longer link to Photobucket. You need to replace the code for the link to the new code under the picture on my sidebar. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you believe July is already here? My family gets a little tired of my expressing each 4th of July that next thing we know it will be Christmas. However, it does happen every year.

I realize that this is an American holiday and not everyone who comes to this blog lives in the U.S.A. To us this is a very important day — INDEPENDENCE DAY.  So I say Happy Independence Day.

This is a good time to share inspirational posts. Actually it is always a good time to share inspirational posts so now let's get started.

  3. Charlotte, I love the 4th of July and all the patriotic events. Our church usually does some special music, God focused, but patriot, especially about honoring our veterans and their families. But you're right, Christmas will be here quicker than a wink. :-( Thanks for hosting and have a blessed 4th!

  5. Happy 4th to your family. I agree, seems after the 4th the Summer quickly winds down. I too think June flew by, and can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that July is here. :)
