You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome Back

Wow, am I glad I increased the characters for post titles last week. Several of you commented on how much you appreciated it. I wish I had thought of it sooner. In fact, I wish I had thought of it period. Thanks again, Gail, for the suggestion.

For those of you who remember Ginger who co-hosted this blog when we first started it, I thought you might be interested to know that she and her hubby were guests in our home last weekend. They live in California and we don't get to see them very often so it is always a treat when they come to see us.

I know I don't need to remind you that we all need to be in prayer for the future of our country. Of course even more so we need to be praying for the entire world. I really believe that we are getting pretty close to the time when God will say "enough" and "it's time for all this craziness to come to an end." Of course he won't say it that way, but that is my "interpretation" of it.

In the meantime, now it's time to begin linking again. Thank you to everyone who participates.

  1. I am new to this site; in fact, I have only recently (2+ months) returned to blogging after a long hiatus. It's a joy to share an inspirational post here. Thank you for hosting.

    Blessings,

  2. Blessings Charlotte! Yes--thanks for increasing the characters in the title! And--my post is about prayer this week--a podcast. Give it a listen if you have a chance. The Lord blessed me with it in prayer for our nation and the world: When Mice Make Way for the Lion's Roar.

    Joy!
