You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

UPDATE ON SIDEBAR LINKS TO THIS BLOG

The links have been changed for the little widget pictures available to be put on your sidebars that link to Spiritual Sundays. If you have one of these on your blog you will notice that the picture has been replaced by a notice from Photobucket. I have gotten new codes that no longer link to Photobucket. You need to replace the code for the link to the new code under the picture on my sidebar. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Welcome Friends

It has now been a little over 6 years since Ginger and I started this blog. Some of you have been here from the beginning and some have only recently started sharing with us. I love and appreciate each one of you. Thank you for your faithfulness. I think this is a very busy time for many with last minute vacations and school starting. Maybe that accounts for the fact that we had fewer links last week than we have had since we first started linking. As you may know, a lot of bloggers have stopped blogging or almost stopped and it is due largely to Facebook. I think that may also be a factor. I have to confess that I spend a lot of time on Facebook now and have neglected my blogs. I have five blogs but this is the only one I post on regularly and I don't get around to visiting all the links like I did the first few years. I'm glad there are still a number of people who do keep blogging and I'm glad so many of you choose to share here.

We have new prayer requests from Anne. Please click on Prayer Requests under the header picture to see these as well as other requests.

If you have not linked before and need more information about it, just click on Linking Info under the header picture for instructions.

  1. Hi Charlotte! It's interesting that you would site Facebook as a factor in less bloggers posting. I hate the amount of time I spend there, too - but it tends to be a necessary evil to connect with readers - and potential readers - and be ever connected in a daily way to professional writing peers and the fellowship of believers. My blog is my priority next to my book publishing - which I have finally stepped out in earnest with this year. Count me in - I'm here each week so long as the Lord give me devotional words to share and my daily need for inspiration in His Spirit. Thanks so much for hosting!!
    Joy!

  2. Dear Charlotte - bless you for your faithfulness over these past six years. Your work has touched countless lives. I think the slower traffice might have more to do with the number of bloggers doing link-ups now, although Facebook could be the cause. I visit several link-ups every day of the week myself. I do enjoy this one, so I'll keep coming back.
    Shalom and Blessings,

  4. Bless you, Charlotte, for faithfully putting this party up each week. I think my blog keeps me from Facebook instead of the other way around. But I write full time so tat may be part of it. Having Marriage Week on the blog and posting everyday, preparing the pictures, etc, it help me hopping. ~Pamela
