You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome

It's true. Many people were shouting "Hosannah" as Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey on that Sunday morning. They wanted to make Him their king. They even laid palm branches down for the animal to walk on. But how their attitude changed just a few days later as they were shouting "Crucify him." I'm sure that many of them just got caught up in the moment and went along with the crowd - probably both times. I think we should ask ourselves if we would have done the same. How about today? Do we go along with the crowd and agree with whatever is popular at the moment, or do we have real conviction about what is right and what is wrong. So many things in our culture today that most people formerly believed were either right or wrong have just completely turned around and what was once accepted is now rejected, and vise versa. We need to keep our eyes on Jesus and continue to study His Word and never just go along with the crowd.

I hope everyone has a beautiful Palm Sunday. I'm sure many want to share with us their thoughts on this subject as well as other subjects. There is information about how to link if you have not done so before and wish to participate. Just click on Linking Info under the header picture for instructions.

  1. I am sitting here gazing out my window as I thank Him for all. We do need to maintain our conviction and faith. I do, however, feel that the change toward acceptance has many good things as well as some not so good. Hopefully, we will continue to become more accepting of the good in others.

  3. Charlotte, I have also posted some thoughts about Easter Week, and the new revelations that are being shown to me anew this year. What a wonderful Savior we have, and how much we owe him.

His love is our Rescue - is there anything better?!

GOD BLESS! And a very Happy Easter!
