You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

WELCOME

Clif and I celebrated our 55th Wedding Anniversary on July 11. We have had our ups and downs as all married couples do, but over all it has been a fantastic 55 years. We have been faithful and God has been faithful. I know that our faith and trust in God is a big part of our being together all these years. I thank God for the way He has blessed us so abundantly.

Can you believe another week has already gone by and it is time to link again? Where does the time go? If you are new to Spiritual Sundays, as I say each week, you can get linking information by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture. Everyone is invited to participate.

  1. Oh my word, 55 years of marriage - how truly wonderful learning this. We live in such a throw-away relationships world. What a blessing it is to know of long -term God loving committments lasting.

May you continue to be richly blessed with love, joy and good health. God bless you both as you celebrate another wonderful year together. Wow, so awesome.

    Have a wonderful weekend.

  6. Hi Charlotte! Joy to you and I know it's summer because it's VBS time so I'm sharing my annual summer series of our VBS lessons and adventures. I love all the creative spiritual metaphors that are a part of VBS lessons - not just for kids, ya know, if you have a contemplative nature. We're never too old to learn from the simple things in life.
    Blessings & Joy!

  11. Happy anniversary! My parents are on 58 and it's such a blessing to have parents dedicated to each other "to death do us part." I'm only on 38, but I'm headed toward there!
