You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Hello Again

I know I've said this many times, but I still can't get over how fast a week goes by. Not just a week, but a month, a year, a lifetime. When we think about this, it puts things more in perspective and we realize we need to focus more on eternal things than on the temporal.

I have a prayer request. My 83 year old sister-in-law has been in the hospital for several days. She has been diagnosed with a torn muscle in her hip and has been in terrible pain. They are still doing more tests to decide what can be done. For those of you who have been with us for a long time, you will remember that Ginger and I started this blog together and we took turns introducing it each week. This dear lady also happens to be Ginger's mother-in-law. I hope you will remember them in your prayers.

Thank you again for your faithful in sharing with us and if you have not shared before but would like to, you will find instructions by clicking Linking Info under the header picture.

  8. Prayers being said today for your sister-in-law. I hope you will pray for my sons friends. They lost their infant son and are burying him today in the worst snowstorm we have had all year. Pray for safety too and for Jeremy. He does not do well with funerals. I told him he must trust the Lord. There lies our hope. Blessings to you sweet Charlotte!
