You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

WELCOME BACK

Christmas is over. I hope everyone had a good one. Of course we know that not everyone always has a wonderful Christmas. There are always circumstances in some lives that just don't make for a lot of happiness. This reminds me that there is a difference between happiness and joy. Even amid trials and bad circumstances, there can be plenty of joy. My wish and prayer for each of you is that 2014 brings much joy and a minimum of unhappiness.

I hope 2014 brings many new people to this site to share and be uplifted by what others share here. If you would like to share and need more info about it, just click on Linking Info under the header picture.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I knew it would happen some day. I just didn't know it would be today. If you have already come to this blog to link this morning and found the new post wasn't here, you know what I'm talking about. I always schedule the post each week on Thursday to go on Friday morning. Well, obviously I goofed this time. I totally forgot to do it yesterday. Blame the busyness of the season? Nope. I just blame myself. Anyway, here it is just a few hours later than usual. And I do apologize.

Maybe I just got caught up in the Duck Dynasty controversy was the reason I forgot to schedule a post. I know I was thinking about it a lot and a lot of other craziness that is going on in America relating to this season. Anyway, I hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas and I know we won't forget the reason for the season even if there are voices all around trying to do just that.

Advent

ADVENT.  Does your church celebrate this tradition? For the last few years I've been associated with churches that did - kind of. I'm sure that in some churches such as Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist and others make more of it than our church does. Until recent years I really knew nothing about it. I grew up in a very fundamentalist church that didn't even make a big deal of Christmas, believing that we should celebrate Christ's death, burial and resurrection but not His birth. So, it was many years before I even heard about the Advent tradition. Now I think it is a good thing. Anything that brings us closer to Jesus is good.

Since I really didn't know a lot about Advent, I decided to look it up on the internet. Here is a link that explains it quite well. http://christianity.about.com/od/christmas/tp/allaboutadvent.htm
If you are like me and don't know too much about it, but would like to know more, you might want to go there and check it out.

And now let the linking begin for a brand new week. Welcome back everyone. If you need information about who should link and how, just click on Linking Info under the header picture. Everyone is welcome.

Welcome Back

Welcome back everyone. Linking was down a little last week probably because everyone was so busy. We had relatives at our home from Saturday until Tuesday. I guess a lot of people were either traveling or entertaining company last weekend. Again, thank you for the nice comments you made to me. They are always appreciated.

As it is time to link again, be sure to click on Linking Info if you are new to Spiritual Sundays and if you need information about linking. Everyone is welcome.

Onward!

Thanksgiving is over - all except the left-overs which to some are the best part. LOL. I hope everyone had a blessed day. This linky will open on Black Friday. How many will be out shopping that day? I really hate it that so many stores are opening on Thanksgiving Day. Just doesn't seem quite right. Since Thanksgiving is late this year, Christmas is just around the corner.

Many people will be away from home this weekend or having company. These will be busy days. We are having relatives coming from California this weekend. We are looking forward to that.

As I say each week, everyone is invited to share with us here so if you need information about how to do it, just click on Linking Info under the header picture.

WELCOME

It will be Thanksgiving here in America in just a few days. Even though many are going through trying times, we have so much to be thankful for. As I was thinking about how blessed I am, my thoughts turned to recent news from the Philippines and and more recently the tornados here in he midwest. There are so many concerns that we could spend full time in prayer but, of course, that is not possible. Our daily lives go on and even in spite of so much sorrow in the world and sometimes in our own lives, we can still know that God is good and He knows and cares about every heartache. I know that spending some time each week reading what others have shared here is something like an oasis in the desert. Thank you each and everyone for that.

Instructions for linking can be found by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture if you are unsure about how to do it. As someone recently said, it is very easy to do.

WELCOME

Thank you for the comments you made about the Prayer Request page. Some didn't even know anything about it. I need to promote it more. Just click on Prayer Requests under the header picture to go to that page. We do have several new requests there so I hope you will take time to go there and pray for those concerns. Of course much prayer is needed for the people in the Philippines who have lost everything. So many have even lost their lives or lost family members. It is such a horrible situation. As the Thanksgiving season is here, we need to remember how blessed we are and thank God for all our blessings.

Prayer Changes Things

This past week we received three new prayer requests. I realized it had been a while since I had updated the Prayer Request page. So these three new ones were added, and I went down through the list and deleted some that I thought were so old that circumstances had changed since they were posted. I hope you will check out the page and pray for those listed. And if you see that someone was deleted who still needs our prayers that you will let me know and I will put them back on the list. Or if you see one that we no longer need to be praying for, I hope you will let me know that as well.

We now have 550 people who follow this blog. It was 549 for a long time so I was delighted to see that one more was added to make it 550. Welcome Gloria as our newest follower. Love that name - Gloria.

And thank you once again for the encouraging comments you make each week. I'm amazed that so many continue to share here each week. If you have not shared by linking here I hope you will consider doing so. Just click on Linking Info under the header picture for more information.

Belgium Connection

Welcome back everybody. I promised this week I would tell you how a blogger in Belgium had something to do with our decision to start this blog. When I started blogging almost 6 years ago, one of the blogs I visited quite regularly was written by a lady named Gattina. And she visited my blog too. One time she mentioned that many people in America share something about their church on their blog. She was somewhat amazed because she said almost no one in Belgium goes to church anymore. I commented back that I thought that was sad. She told me not to feel sorry for them. They liked it that way. They were plenty happy not to go to church.

One day when my niece Ginger was at our house we got to talking about people like that and Ginger suggested we start a blog where people could link spiritual posts and that would be good for people like Gattina who didn't have a church. I thought it was a good idea so we started working on it.  Many many people have linked here since we started it over 5 years ago but I don't think Gattina even visited it once. If she did I didn't know about it. I think that is sad, but you can't force people to be interested. I just thought it was pretty interesting that she played a part in our decision. Even if she never had the blessing of reading what others share here, there are many who have benefited  through the years. I still think it is and was a good thing. I still think it is sad that most people in Belgium including Gattina, don't go to church.

Praise Update On Design Gives Back

Some of you may have seen this comment last week by Kelee Katillac of Design Gives Back.
Wonderful Charlotte,
Here you are ever-faithful.... I missed you all! I wanted you all to know and celebrate God's goodness for Colette -- 4 years later! Since it is Breast Cancer month it is precious to hear and seeing healing.
Enormous hug to all of you at Spiritual Sunday,
Kelee Katillac
Those who are new to this blog will probably not have a clue what it is about so I will fill you in.

Kelee Katillac has a wonderful ministry of bringing health and healing by cheering cancer victims. She does complete miracle makeovers of their rooms. If you click here you will find out all about the great things she has done and is doing. So happy to hear that Colette is doing so well.

Two or three years ago Spiritual Sundays along with a few other blogs cooperated in campaigns to raise money for future miracle makeovers. It didn't cost anyone a penny. All that was required was to make a comment. For each comment Design Gives Back donated a dollar. We had a record 176 comments on that post and much good was accomplished as a result. I'm grateful to Kelee for letting us be a part of those campaigns and was delighted to get an update on what has been done since then. Be sure to go visit the Design Gives Back website to find out more about it.

Next week I will relate to you what I hinted at a couple of weeks ago of how a blogger in Belgium influenced the starting of this blog.

Let the linking begin for another encouraging inspirational weekend.

Welcome Back

Once again I want to thank you for all the encouraging comments last week. And I guess more people are getting back in the groove. The number of links last week were up after being down a little for several weeks. New people continue to join us here. I want you to know we are happy to have you sharing with us. I think we need all the encouragement we can get with so many discouraging things going on in our world.

I'm not sure, but I think I saw somewhere that Canada just recently had their Thanksgiving holiday. So if you are in Canada, Happy Thanksgiving. Of course ours isn't until next month, but it will be here before we know it. Most of the people who share here are in the United States, but we do have a few from other countries. I think that is great. Actually one of the reasons we started this blog was due to some comments a lady who lives in Belgium made on my blog. That is a story for another day.

Welcome

It is finally getting cooler here in the desert. There has already been some snow in the northern part of our state. Time is marching on. As the scripture says, our lives are like a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away. I have a 91 year old uncle living in Oregon - a WWII veteran who has been given about 6 months to live. His heart is failing. 91 years sounds like a long time, but I'm sure to him it seems like a very short amount of time. My husband has been asked to do a funeral next week for an elderly lady. He has done quite a few funerals since he retired from being a pastor over nine years ago. The Bible says it is appointed to man once to die and after that comes the judgment. This week I have been reminded how short life really is - for everybody. It is easy to get caught up in the things that are going on in our day to day living and forget how soon it will all be over. I don't want to sound morbid, but these are sobering thoughts for me. It reminds me that spiritual things are so much more important than material things that we hold dear.

Thank you for sharing each week. You are such a blessing to me and to each other.

WELCOME FRIENDS

It's that time again. Time to start sharing inspirational posts. I'm impressed that so many have been sharing by linking here for several years. Some have come and shared for awhile and then they are gone. As they leave others discover this blog and start linking. It reminded me a little of church. I've often said that if the members all stayed that when new ones were added the total would keep growing. This does happen in some places but more often than not new people just replace other people who chose to move on to another church or quit altogether. And the membership stays basically the same or even goes down. I guess that is just life. Anyway, whether you have been linking for years, just recently started linking, or if this is your very first time, you are all welcome and I appreciate each and every one of you. You are the reason we do this week after week.

If you need information on how to link, just click Linking Info under the header picture to get that information.

Welcome Friends

In just a few days it will be October, my favorite month. Our weather has finally cooled down a little. The days are getting shorter, which I don't particularly like. Just a thought ― I wonder if there are seasons in heaven? Really had never even thought about it before. I think it will probably always be just the perfect season.

Right now it is time to get the linky up and running. Just check out the instructions by clicking Linking Info under the header picture if you need information about how to link. Everyone is welcome.

Welcome to Spiritual Sundays

It's time to start another weekend of sharing. My goodness. The time does fly by. I hope each of you are doing well. There are so many problems in our nation and in our world today. Floods in Colorado and other places, shootings in Washington DC to just name a couple - and on top of that personal problems of some kind for just about everybody. We just found out this evening that our phone is out of order and they can't send anyone out until tomorrow afternoon. That is just a minor inconvenience but I was glad to have a cell phone which I rarely use, so I could call the phone company.

We had fewer people link last week than we have had in a long time. I think everyone is busy this fall getting back in the groove. A big thank you to each one who shares here so faithfully. You are an encouragement to many. If you have not shared by linking here before, please click on Linking Info for information on how to link. Everyone is welcome.

WELCOME BACK

If you scroll down a ways you will see we have a new widget for Spiritual Sundays. Putting widgets on your blog's sidebar is a good way to advertise. I'm so glad many of you are taking advantage of this. New people find their way to this blog in this way all the time.

New to Spiritual Sundays and would like to participate? Of course you can click on the links, which I hope you will do, to find inspiring posts on other people's blogs. WELCOME

Can you believe it? Labor Day was last weekend. Fall has unofficially begun. It sure doesn't feel like Fall here in the desert though. The temperature is still in the triple digits. I'll throw in a little leaf here as a reminder that cooler days are ahead.

Thank you for all the nice compliments on the new header. I think this is the fifth header in the five years we've been doing this blog.

I believe with school starting, and most vacations over, people are beginning to get back in the groove. Welcome back to those who have not linked here for awhile. And welcome to all the new people who have recently joined us.

WELCOME

Did you notice the new header? The sky was so pretty a few days ago (as it often is) I decided to go outside and take a few shots. When I saw the pictures, I immediately thought "Spiritual Sundays". I should make a new banner ― so I did. And I got to thinking. There is so much beauty in this "fallen" world. How much more beautiful it will be when it is restored as God has promised He would do. Wow! I don't know about you, but I can hardly wait.

Now it is time to start linking again. Instructions are available if you are not sure how to do it. Just click on Linking Info under the header picture.

WELCOME

All this month we have been "celebrating" our 5th Anniversary of sharing on Spiritual Sundays.

Just a few more days left in August. Linking has been down some lately. I know everyone is busy. It seems like there just aren't enough hours in a day to do everything we need/want to do. I appreciate the time you take each week to share here. I know others of you do too because you have told me so many times. Thank you to everyone who comments with encouraging words. They mean so much to me.

I've gotten used to seeing the 5 Year Celebration banner at the top but guess I'll take it off at the end of the month. You know what? Before we know it another year will have gone by and we will be celebrating the 6th year.

WELCOME BACK

So another week has gone by and it is time to start another weekend of sharing. Have you noticed how many followers Spiritual Sundays has now? 540 with 120 Facebook followers. There are so many ways to follow now. There is also Linky Followers. Thank you to each one who follows in these ways. Some follow in all of them. Mostly just thank you for being there for each other and blessing many lives. I know everyone is busy and it isn't always easy to visit very many of the links, but trust me, you will be blessed whenever you do click on one of the links.

As I point out each week, new people are always welcome to share by linking here. Just click on Linking Info for instructions.

WELCOME ONCE AGAIN

Hi everyone. Welcome to another weekend of sharing. Hard to believe school has started in many places. Seems like summer just started. I still think school should start in September after Labor Day. That's how it was in the "old days." Now I'm not one of those people who doesn't think anything should change. A lot of changes are for the better and I welcome them. Still not sure school should start in July or August. LOL

So we begin sharing once again. Thank you once again for being so faithful. As I've said before, everyone is welcome to share here so if you have not shared before but would like to, you will find information on how to do it by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture.

Welcome Back

Once again I want to say "Thank You" for all the nice comments that were made about our 5 year anniversary.  It is your encouragement that helps keep me going each week with this blog. I appreciate all of you who have been with me in this endeavor from the beginning or almost from the beginning and I also appreciate everyone else whether sharing for many weeks, months, years, or just beginning to share. You are all important and help make it successful.

BLOGAVERSARY

Can you believe it has been five years since Ginger and I started this linking blog? The first linking was on August 2, 2008.  We had 16 links that first week including my husband, Ginger and me. Another person who linked that first time and has linked almost every time since is micey. We had no idea when we started it that it would endure and continue to bless people five years later. It is thanks to all of you who come here each week and share with us that it has been successful. I believe it is also because God has blessed us.

As I state each week, we are happy to have new people link here and everyone is welcome. I hope you will click on Linking Info under the header picture for more information.

WELCOME AND THANK YOU

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments on our anniversary. Yes, 55 years is a long time. It's hard to believe it has been so long. I shared a slideshow on my blog last year of our wedding pictures. Here is a link to it if you find you have time on your hands that you don't know what to do with. LOL. Does that ever happen? Probably not. http://athomeinscottsdale.blogspot.com/2012/07/54-years.html

And thank you for so loyally supporting this ministry. I do consider Spiritual Sundays as a ministry. If you would like to link and have not done so before, you will find instructions by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture.

Friday, July 12, 2013

WELCOME

Clif and I celebrated our 55th Wedding Anniversary on July 11. We have had our ups and downs as all married couples do, but over all it has been a fantastic 55 years. We have been faithful and God has been faithful. I know that our faith and trust in God is a big part of our being together all these years. I thank God for the way He has blessed us so abundantly.

Can you believe another week has already gone by and it is time to link again? Where does the time go? If you are new to Spiritual Sundays, as I say each week, you can get linking information by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture. Everyone is invited to participate.

Friday, July 5, 2013

WELCOME

I hope everyone is having a good summer. Oh yes, I remember, some of you live in places where it is not summer now. Whatever the season, I hope you are being blessed. There are many seasons in a person's life. When you reach 76 which is my age, you have experienced many seasons of life. The older I get the more I realize the truth in the scripture that says all things work together for good for them that love the Lord. I can look back and see how true that has been in my life. Certainly not all things have been good, but I am amazed at the way seemingly impossible situations are resolved in a seemingly miraculous way. I think it is probably not "seemingly miraculous" but actually miraculous. God certainly answers prayers - not always in the way we think He will but in the way He knows is best. I'm so grateful for that.

Now - time to link once again. Didn't we just do this yesterday? Time goes by so quickly. If you need information about how to link, you can click on Linking Info under the header picture for instructions.

WELCOME BACK

We in America will be celebrating Independence Day on July 4th. God has blessed our country so much for so many years. Sad to say our government is getting farther and farther away from our founding principles. There are some who would take God out of everything in our land. They don't want to see any crosses or Ten Commandments in public places. Christmas carols, decorations, and anything having to do with Christmas has been banned in our public schools. The name of God is taboo. Prayer has been banned in the classroom and at graduation ceremonies. And those are just some of the changes I've seen in my lifetime. I am seriously wondering how much longer God will continue to bless America. And the reason for all of this is that someone might get their feelings hurt or feel left out. How do you suppose God feels? Does He feel "left out". As we celebrate Independence Day this year, I hope we will apologize to God for what our country has become and ask Him to heal our land.

Thank you to everyone who has been so faithful in sharing with us each week. If you would like to share and would like more information, just click on Linking Info under the header picture.

Welcome

Time to start another weekend of linking inspirational posts. I've said it many times before, but I will say it again. It seems like the weeks just fly by. Summer isn't even officially here yet but I am already looking forward to the fall. What I'm really looking forward to is cooler weather. It does get hot here in the desert in the summertime. At least we don't have to shovel snow in the winter though. LOL

We have new prayer requests on the Prayer Request page. Be sure to go there when you get a chance and pray for those listed. If you have a prayer answered report, it would be nice to add that to the page as well.

For those who are not familiar with this blog and want information on how to link, just click on Linking Info under the header picture for instructions. Everyone is invited to participate.

WELCOME BACK

All over America families will be honoring "Father" this weekend.  If your earthly father is still alive, you will probably be doing something special for him. If he is no longer on this earth, you will be thinking about him anyway and doing a little reminiscing―or perhaps a lot of reminiscing. As we are honoring fathers on Sunday let us not forget to honor the Heavenly Father. Without Him, there would be no fathers. There would be no "us". Wow, that is just mind boggling. I know that not everyone who visits Spiritual Sundays and who shares with us lives in America. Some of your holidays are different from ours. Even if you live in a country that does not celebrate Father's Day this week, you will still want to honor him.

Seems like every week there are serious concerns that we need to be praying about. I hope you will remember to go to the Prayer Request page and pray for those listed. If you know of some of the concerns there no longer need to be on the list for one reason or another I would appreciate it if you would let me know, and I will make the correction. If you have something or someone you want to add to it, let me know.

If you are new to Spiritual Sundays and would like to share, you will find information on how to do it by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture.

Welcome Friends

Now it's time to start another weekend of sharing on Spiritual Sundays. Hard to believe some of us have been doing this for almost five years. I remember very well Ginger approaching me with the idea that she thought we ought to work together to start a blog where people could link to share inspirational thoughts. I thought it was good idea so we started Spiritual Sundays in July 2008. Ginger had so many other things going on in her life a couple of years ago that she decided to take a sabbatical from co-hosting. I appreciate all the encouragement you have given me to keep it going. I know it has been a blessing to many because so many wonderful posts are shared here each week.

If you are new to Spiritual Sundays and would like to share, you will find information on how to do it by clicking on Linking Info under the header picture.
There is an update on the Prayer Request page. I hope many will take advantage of this opportunity to honor the requests. Prayer changes things.

WELCOME BACK

Hard to believe summer is here. Well, not officially, but unofficially I guess it started with Memorial Day. Where we live there are a lot of people who come here for the winter months and leave in the summer to go somewhere cooler. This is a great place in the winter. I'm still thinking about all the recent devastation from the tornadoes. Even as I write this, there are severe weather warnings for many parts of the United States as well as wild fires in California. I'm sure there are things going on where you live if it is outside the United States that causes concern too. I'm thankful for the internet. There are certainly things about it that are not good, but there are also many good things. I think it is wonderful that we can all communicate this way and encourage each other. Thank you for participating in such a grand way.

WELCOME

For those of us living in the United States, this weekend is a very special occasion. Memorial Day is a time to honor all those who died in service to our country. It is easy to get caught up in the fun things we do at this time and forget the meaning. I hope we will pause during the day to remember why we are celebrating the day. Memorial Day is special for me for another reason. It was on Memorial Day 1948 that I was baptized. Back then it was always May 30 and that year it happened to fall on a Sunday.

Thank you again to everyone who continues to support this blog and share with us each week. If you are new to Spiritual Sundays and would like to share, you will find information by clicking Linking Info under the header picture.

Copied the following from my facebook page. A message from Nancy to all of you.
I join Nancy in thanking you for praying for her. She is hoping to go home next week. It has been quite an ore deal.

I hope you will remember to go to the Prayer Request page and pray for those listed there.

Friday, May 17, 2013

Welcome

Hello again all you special people. Once again thank you for praying for Nancy. She continues to improve and probably will get to go home in a few more days. There are so many people and circumstances that we need to pray about that we could spend full time praying. There are so many problems in our world today. If I didn't know that God was still in control and someday everything will all be made "right", I would be terribly discouraged. In the meantime, it is good to encourage one another as you all do who share with us on this blog.

Welcome

Once again, thank you for all your prayers for my niece Nancy. She continues to improve. Pray she will be home soon and able to get on with her life. She is a blessing to so many.

Time is marching on. School is out in some places and will soon be out in others. Summer is a special time for many. Let's pray we will use our time wisely. I know you are using this moment wisely because you are here to bless and/or be blessed. Thank you for sharing so faithfully.

WELCOME

Good news. My niece, Nancy, is still in ICU but is doing much better. She is now breathing without the machine and her pneumonia is getting better. Thank you so much everyone who prayed for her.

Our followers continues to grow. I'm glad more and more people are discovering this blog and being blessed by the many wonderful posts that are shared by so many. Thank you for your faithfulness in sharing each week.

Welcome Back Again

Welcome back to Spiritual Sundays. I appreciate the prayers for my niece, Nancy. Please continue to pray for her. We drove over to California for a few days to see her. We were able to talk to her and she understood what we were saying but she couldn't talk because of the tube going down her throat. She communicated by facial expressions, nodding and shaking her head. Her pneumonia is better but she is still having a problem breathing without the machine.

Linking information is available by clicking Linking Info under the header picture. If you are new to Spiritual Sundays, we want you to know we are glad you are here and will be happy for you to link if you wish.

WELCOME BACK

My heart is heavy as I write this. We have had a traumatic week. Many lives have been affected by the tragedies in Boston and Texas. And we received word yesterday that my niece, Nancy, is in the hospital - in ICU with pneumonia. I am asking that you please pray for her.

We know that God hears and answers prayers. We don't always understand what His answers are, at least not immediately, but we know he understands and we trust Him with our hearts and with our lives.

As I mentioned last week, Michelle (micey) will be joining up with Mercy Ships again in a few days. Here is the link where you can find out more about it.  http://mercyships-us.donorpages.com/crewmates/andersonm/   Let us all keep her in our prayers as well.

WELCOME BACK

Time to begin another linky. My those weeks sure fly by fast. This week I am going to encourage you to pray for missionaries. Of course all missionaries need our prayers always, but this time I am focusing on Michelle (micey) who will be joining Mercy Ships in just a few days where she will be serving in Africa for two years. She has been planning and looking forward to this for a long time and now it is almost time to go.

Also, I hope you will pray for the McMahans. Here is a clip from an email I received a few days ago. "Don and I are going on a Missions trip May 1st thru the 21st of May. We will mainly be in the countries of Serbia, Croatia, Hungary, and France and we would LOVE for you to pray for us while we are away."

Another thank you to all who share with us here each week. And a welcome to each new person who finds this blog and shares as well. If you need information about how to link, there are instructions. Just click on Linking Info under the header picture.
A request has been made that I share again where you can donate to Mercy Ships to help finance Michelle's trip. So here it is:  Just click on the following link. It will take you there.  http://mercyships-us.donorpages.com/crewmates/andersonm/

WELCOME

Well Easter is over but we are still living in the reality of the resurrection. It is not something that we just think about once a year even though it is emphasized more at this time than at any other.
Before He was betrayed and crucified Jesus instituted the Lord's Supper. This is a wonderful way to remember what He did for us. He knew people tend to be forgetful. I am reminded of how quickly the Israelites forgot how God had miraculously delivered them out of Egypt. Let us not be like that. Let us never forget how God delivered us through the death and resurrection of Jesus. That is what holy communion is all about.

1 Corinthians 11:26

New International Version (NIV)
26 For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

Thank you again to each one who comes here to share and to be uplifted by what others have shared. If you are new to Spiritual Sundays and would like to link here, there are instructions. Just click on Linking Info under the header picture for information.
