WELCOME BACK

I know I've said it many times before, but it flat out amazes me how fast a week flies by. I just now realized it is time to start Spiritual Sundays again. First thing we know this year will be history and we will be starting a brand new year.

Thank you again to all of you who so faithfully follow this blog and share with us each week. If you have not linked here before and would like more information, please click on Linking Info under the header picture for instructions.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week and that we can all slow down just a little and and symbolically stop and smell the roses. Yes, I know, this is winter, but this is the time of year the roses do best here in Arizona. Also, in some parts of the world it is not winter. And we have people who share with us regularly from other parts of the world. That's one of the wonderful things about the internet. Just think, a few years ago, this would not have been possible. In fact, it would have never even entered our minds. Wow.

  1. And I am in that part of the world where it doesn't snow! When I was young (some decades ago and was still in the Catholic Church), we went to church at dawn everyday starting on the 16th of December. We would walk the whole distance from our house to the Spanish-era Catholic church and we would be shivering. When we talked, mist came out of our mouths. During December, it was really cold then.

But not anymore. Our December nights in the Philippines now remain to be quite sultry.

Anyways, enjoy gazing at and smelling those lovely Arizona roses! :-)

  2. Even my kids have been saying how fast the weeks are flying. Weird to hear them say it. Wishing you a wonderful weekend. It's raining here but the Son is always shining.

  5. Crazy fast, I agree. I'd think it was my age, but as with Sarah, even my grandkids are noticing it. What a blessing to know God is in control - even of the speed. Have a blessed and dry day. :)
