WELCOME BACK IN THIS NEW YEAR

Welcome to the first Spiritual Sunday in the new year. I hope 2010 will be a special year in all of our lives. I want to start off by asking for your prayers. I have basal cell skin cancer surgery scheduled for January 11. For the past few days I've been fighting cold/flu like symptoms with prayer and Zycam. I may have to postpone the surgery if I lose that battle. The skin cancer isn't very large, but it is under my right eye, and very close to my eye so it will be done by a plastic surgeon. There are many people who need our prayers and I hope you will call these to our attention.

We are pleased to have new people joining us on a regular basis. If you are new to Spiritual Sundays and would like to participate, click HERE for instructions on how to do it.

  8. Sorry to hear about your cancer surgery. I'll pray for you. If you have to get cancer, this is the kind to get. My daughter had a mole removed for cosmetic purposes, and they sent it for a routine biopsy. It was found to be the basel cell. She just needs to be checked routinely.
