You alone are the Lord. You made the skies and the heavens and all the stars. You made the earth and the seas and everything in them. You preserve them all, and the angels of heaven worship you. ~Nehemiah 9:6

Welcome Back

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words. - 1 Thessalonians 4:17-18 (KJV)

I love the fact that Linky Tools puts a different scripture on each post and it even changes every time you log onto Spiritual Sundays. I just now logged in and saw the above scripture. Next time I look it will be a different one. They are all good, of course, for they are all from the Word of God. I just wanted to center in on the one above. When I get discouraged with what is going on in this world, which is often, this promise makes me realize that everything here on earth is just temporary and what a glorious future awaits the faithful Christian. I hope everyone who reads this will be encouraged as I am.

Now let the linking begin.
Blessings,

VALENTINES

I know. It isn't quite Valentine's Day yet but next weekend it will be all over so now is the time to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day.

Valentine's Day is a day to celebrate love. Which reminds me that the one who created LOVE also created the world and everything in it. "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." Matt. 22:37.  "So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love."  I Cor. 13:13.

So, let's celebrate love, especially God's love, every day not just once a year. And now it's time to begin linking again. Thank you everyone for your participation each week. You are loved.

Daughter of the King

Yes. I'm a daughter of the King. I was reminded of that this morning when I went to the dentist to have two crowns "installed". I have lots of other crowns in my mouth and these two just replaced previous ones. Crowns in my mouth but not on my head. I've been watching the TV series Victoria. Also am watching a series about the wives of King Henry VIII. Boy I would not have wanted to have been one of his wives. I'm happy to be a daughter of THE King - the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Thank you again for the nice comments you continue to make. It is appreciated more than you know.

So let's start linking again.
